Surprising Chemical cocktails of Fast Food & processed Foods

More and more fast food eaters are “Super sizing” their meals, exercising less and playing more video games.

More and more people on planet earth have been induced to follow the typical USA made high stress, fast food, get fat model. Part of this is eating large quantities of nutrient deficient, high calorie, high simple carb(sugars), low fiber, low protein foods.

Yes, we all know that obesity and fat gain is made worse by junk food and the typical stressed American-style lifestyle in general.

What most people do not know are the side effects of typical artificial chemicals that are commonly used in thousands of processed food.

Being “full” with empty calories is the path to health and disease complications down the road.

A British Heart Foundation study showed a surprising result realted to junk food consumption: Most young people did not know of the damaging health effects of junk food.

(Dumbing down education in action?) In a U.K. study of over 1,100 children aged 8 to 15 years, 73% did not know that a poor diet could contribute to an early death.
With 1 out of 3 persons under 16 currently Overweight or Obese (O&O), it is quite possible this generation may be the first to live shorter lives than their parents or simply live with less quality of life at 40+ years of age.

So since many people asked about this topic here’s a chart with inside info. Also in case you need some more motivation to eat natural foods, here’s a list of some of the worst of many artificial chemicals side effects typically used by the junk and processed food industry….

Again the idea is not to scare you, but to help you stand up for yourself and your family by becoming an educated consumer.

A bit of junk food one a week likely won’t hurt you but if most of what you eat is pre-made or processsed or comes in a plastic wrapper you can bet your last dollar or euro that your health and quality of life is being impacted by the many chemicals added to the junk foods, not to mention LACK of vitamens, minerals, fiber ect…..

So take a sec and read over or better yet print out the food chemical side effect chart below and post it in your kitchen. We’d love to here your comments below:->

The Answer To How To Get Rid Of stomach Fat?

There are a number of ways in how to get rid of belly fat but only a few are time tested and proven. These simple and effective ways may not be the miracle remedies that people want to hear about but they work.

Forget taking diet pills and using patches, if you want to lose belly fat quick, you are going to have to make an effort. Relying on quick fixes isn’t the answer in how to lose lower belly fat.

What’s more, doing endless sit-ups, surprisingly, isn’t going to give you a slim and tight waist that you’ve dreamed for. The reason is because it’s impossible to burn fat from just one part of the body.

The simple steps to a firm and tight waist and to lose belly fat fast include a healthy diet and regular exercise. But there is more to it than that. Eating the right proportion of carbohydrates, fats and protein can help speed up the process of weight loss.

Another important element in how to burn stomach fat is eating the right amount of calories. Making sure that you eat less calories than you burn is essentially one of the best natural ways to lose body fat.

A healthy and controlled diet will do wonders for your health. To help you burn more calories and fat, you need to exercise. Of course, not everyone is a fan of exercise but to see fast results you are going to have to. A full body workout is a great way to burn fat.

Remember, doing crunches alone isn’t going to melt that lower belly fat away. Although it will help you get those tight abdominals, you have to shed off the layers of fat first. Fat loss will lead to more defined muscles.

Cardiovascular exercises are great to help get the heart pumping which is essential for efficient fat burn. Combining weight training and core exercises will help you tone and strengthen the body. Be sure not to overdo exercising if you are just beginning.

Swimming, brisk walking and running are great ways to start off if you haven’t exercised before. Warm up and stretching should always be done before exercising. This will help warm up muscles and help prevent injuries.

People who live healthy lifestyles are less prone to health conditions and diseases. By losing weight, you’re doing yourself an immense favor. You’ll have more energy and feel healthier.

This might not be the answer to how to get rid of belly fat you were looking for. But it is a natural way to lose weight which will deliver fast results. Avoid the scams on the market promising ways to lose belly fat quick without exercise or a healthy diet.

Ever feel that eating right is too complicated....here's Sean's Simple Zen Like Solution :->

Along with the right kind of exercise habits, to get rid of stomach fat There's sooo much complicated nutrional info that many get frustrated....i understand

and empathize becuase it even happens to folks like me who have been in the health & fitness education world since 1989!

So let me give Sean's Simple Ways to Eat Better and Feel More Energy while you get rid of belly fat or just staying fit and in shape.

(The key is lifestyle..... do this stuff MOST of the time.....not all or nothing. Remember how long have you let yourself go?....Now read on and take action on this stuff :-)

So If you want to get leaner and feel better....

1) Declare war on the "Axis of Food Evil" ....the 3 worst things in our food chain:

*high fructose corn syrup, which is in almost all sweetened products on the market

Cokes, Pepsi ect...."fruit juice" products, most processed sweets, most sauces ...even ketchup

*artificial trans fats from margarines, shortening, and hydrogenated oils that are in most processed foods

*artificial meals in general.....why see the 2 points above + too much salt, too little fiber

so you still feel hungry and eat more

Again, if you avoid processed foods, it becomes easy to avoid these 3 worst offenders in our food supply.

2) Don't be afraid to eat healthy fat! Many people try to go way too low on their fat intake and this can negatively affect hormone levels in your body as well as causing more cravings. Try to eat enough healthy fats daily.

Good sources are olive oil, all nuts and seeds, nut butters, avocados, , organic meats and eggs, coconuts and virgin coconut oil (did I say olive oil?...OK i live in Mediterranean Spain but I menait).

3) Get enough quality protein in the daily diet (fresh fish, chicken, beef, turkey, cottage cheese, milk, eggs - not only does it have a higher thermic effect than carbs and fat (so you burn more calories digesting it), but it also creates satiety so your hunger is satisfied longer. Plus it's a building block for maintaining and building lean muscle... And remember that the amount of lean muscle you carry is one of the main factors for controlling your metabolism.

4) Think health carbs from grains, fresh fruit, veggies with fiber! When it comes to carbs, make sure that almost all of your carbohydrate intake is from higher fiber sources like vegetables, fruits, and high fiber unrefined grains. Try to avoid white flour, refined sugars and refined grains as that is one of the main reasons so many people struggle with body fat.

I look for carbohydrate sources that have at least 2-3 grams of fiber per each 10 grams of total carbs. Remember that fiber helps fill you up and also slows down the glycemic response of the foods you eat, all beneficial for getting leanner but nmot meaner!

SUMMARY: My experience training and coaching thousands of people since 1989 is that once you get a handle on these 4 main points of your diet detailed above, the rest starts to take care of itself. This is becuase as you gain control over your appetite, blood sugar levels, hormone levels, etc. It all falls into place, and you eventually gain total control over how lean you want to get.

Let me know what you think and remember there are no magic bullets and forget the scale just look at how your close fit as your exercie and eating program progress over time.

Unleash the fitter body within..... the power is in your hands day by day!

best,
Sean

Learning Spanish makes you fitter for travel & richer in life

Best Ways to Learn Spanish Fast

To get benefits from speaking the spanish language you must first pay the price to learn it and how to use this ancient tounge. Yes it is important to begin thinking in that language. To learn Spanish is no different. It is no good translating from English to Spanish all the time. The process is too slow and it is impossible to become natural and fluent that way. The best way to learn Spanish quickly is to become fully immersed in the culture.

Learn Spanish Quickly by Moving Abroad

Move to a country that speaks Spanish. Living in a Spanish-speaking country means being surrounded by the language at all times. It is in the advertisements, on the street signs, in the shops and in the literature. People are talking in Spanish all the time in all the public places, including at work.

Some people visit a country and spend three months in that country studying Spanish. This is still not enough to learn Spanish really quickly because coping with everyday difficulties like getting to work and filling in tax forms or paying the gas bill over the phone do not exist. The classroom environment is still too safe; too manufactured.

Move to a country that speaks Spanish and live there, really live there for at least a year. Avoid places where people speak English, like Barcelona for example, (Extremadura in Spain is a good place to learn Spanish) and avoid capital cities. Without the language, life in the capital can be scary and it is difficult to make friends. Without friends and a social life, learning Spanish becomes very difficult, which leads onto step number two.

Make Friends With the Natives to Improve Spanish Learning

Make friends with natives and go out; get a social life. The more listening practice done in Spanish to easier it is to learn Spanish and eventually speak Spanish well. Making native friends is the only way to learn Spanish used by real speakers on the streets. Books can teach grammar but they cannot teach language and how language is really used.

The Fattest Country Ever

We in the USA are among the most educated yet fattest country to ever exist on the planet earth! So the problem for most is not "what to do" rather the motivation to stick with it! Like trying to crack the code to open up a sturdy safe with our best version inside, we each must solve if we want to get and stay fit. There are numerous studies and theories, but there’s not one right answer. Just as some workers are driven by salary and others by a sense of purpose, or a sense of connection. So to uncover the emotional drivers that up our motivation levels to the point where we not only reach our goals but we change our long-term habits and perhaps even motivate those around us in the process is the challenge we can overcome.
