Ok so you are fed up and frustrated that you have not been able to get rid of stomach fat????

Wasted money is another problem here. Where do most of the fitness magazines and websites make their money?????? It ain't selling Tibet Yoga Mats nor Girl Scout Cookies. No sir, so we must remember that many offline and online magazines are like a supplement catalog. That means many are simply a "front" for supplement companies trying to sell you the latest "magic bullet" powder, pill or potions.

The sad truth is that EVEN when a company ONLY advertises on a magazine or web site, much of the content is heavily biased to promote their products.(a.k.a. Stealth Advertising :-). You see many fitness magazine and web site owners will say almost anything to make more moolah.

So the real truth is to forget the quick fix. Just like creating a successful business is 99% prespiration getting rid of stomach fat is 99% lifestyle. So forget the scams magic bullet pills, potions and powders and invest in good training, good rest and good natural eating and most important of all persistance and patience.




So maybe you should get some good professional advice. Why pay an expensive personal fitness trainer or buy fitness fat loss programs when there is so much info on the web and in the fitness magazines?

Ok Good question mate......Let me ask you to consider this from another angle. Will the free information you find work for you?Is it really impartial info or is it there to convince you to by new XYZ supplement? Surely the only way you can know for sure is to put it to the test, then cross your fingers and hope you have the results you want to get.
If it works for you fantastic and congratulations. BUT if not, you amigo have wasted the last few months of your life.

Here's a concrete academic study example, when HARVARD researchers from Harvard tried searching for information about supplements, they were shocked to find that of 443 Web sites, almost 8 out of 10 were retail sites either selling the product or directly linked to a vendor.

Surprising Chemical cocktails of Fast Food & processed Foods

More and more fast food eaters are “Super sizing” their meals, exercising less and playing more video games.

More and more people on planet earth have been induced to follow the typical USA made high stress, fast food, get fat model. Part of this is eating large quantities of nutrient deficient, high calorie, high simple carb(sugars), low fiber, low protein foods.

Yes, we all know that obesity and fat gain is made worse by junk food and the typical stressed American-style lifestyle in general.

What most people do not know are the side effects of typical artificial chemicals that are commonly used in thousands of processed food.

Being “full” with empty calories is the path to health and disease complications down the road.

A British Heart Foundation study showed a surprising result realted to junk food consumption: Most young people did not know of the damaging health effects of junk food.

(Dumbing down education in action?) In a U.K. study of over 1,100 children aged 8 to 15 years, 73% did not know that a poor diet could contribute to an early death.

Ever feel that eating right is too complicated....here's Sean's Simple Zen Like Solution :->

Along with the right kind of exercise habits, to get rid of stomach fat There's sooo much complicated nutrional info that many get frustrated....i understand

and empathize becuase it even happens to folks like me who have been in the health & fitness education world since 1989!

So let me give Sean's Simple Ways to Eat Better and Feel More Energy while you get rid of belly fat or just staying fit and in shape.

(The key is lifestyle..... do this stuff MOST of the time.....not all or nothing. Remember how long have you let yourself go?....Now read on and take action on this stuff :-)

So If you want to get leaner and feel better....


1) Declare war on the "Axis of Food Evil" ....the 3 worst things in our food chain:

*high fructose corn syrup, which is in almost all sweetened products on the market

Cokes, Pepsi ect...."fruit juice" products, most processed sweets, most sauces ...even ketchup

*artificial trans fats from margarines, shortening, and hydrogenated oils that are in most processed foods

*artificial meals in general.....why see the 2 points above + too much salt, too little fiber

so you still feel hungry and eat more

Again, if you avoid processed foods, it becomes easy to avoid these 3 worst offenders in our food supply.

2) Don't be afraid to eat healthy fat! Many people try to go way too low on their fat intake and this can negatively affect hormone levels in your body as well as causing more cravings. Try to eat enough healthy fats daily.

Good sources are olive oil, all nuts and seeds, nut butters, avocados, , organic meats and eggs, coconuts and virgin coconut oil (did I say olive oil?...OK i live in Mediterranean Spain but I menait).



3) Get enough quality protein in the daily diet (fresh fish, chicken, beef, turkey, cottage cheese, milk, eggs - not only does it have a higher thermic effect than carbs and fat (so you burn more calories digesting it), but it also creates satiety so your hunger is satisfied longer. Plus it's a building block for maintaining and building lean muscle... And remember that the amount of lean muscle you carry is one of the main factors for controlling your metabolism.

4) Think health carbs from grains, fresh fruit, veggies with fiber! When it comes to carbs, make sure that almost all of your carbohydrate intake is from higher fiber sources like vegetables, fruits, and high fiber unrefined grains. Try to avoid white flour, refined sugars and refined grains as that is one of the main reasons so many people struggle with body fat.

I look for carbohydrate sources that have at least 2-3 grams of fiber per each 10 grams of total carbs. Remember that fiber helps fill you up and also slows down the glycemic response of the foods you eat, all beneficial for getting leanner but nmot meaner!

SUMMARY: My experience training and coaching thousands of people since 1989 is that once you get a handle on these 4 main points of your diet detailed above, the rest starts to take care of itself. This is becuase as you gain control over your appetite, blood sugar levels, hormone levels, etc. It all falls into place, and you eventually gain total control over how lean you want to get.
