Ever feel that eating right is too complicated....here's Sean's Simple Zen Like Solution :->

Along with the right kind of exercise habits, to get rid of stomach fat There's sooo much complicated nutrional info that many get frustrated....i understand

and empathize becuase it even happens to folks like me who have been in the health & fitness education world since 1989!

So let me give Sean's Simple Ways to Eat Better and Feel More Energy while you get rid of belly fat or just staying fit and in shape.

(The key is lifestyle..... do this stuff MOST of the time.....not all or nothing. Remember how long have you let yourself go?....Now read on and take action on this stuff :-)

So If you want to get leaner and feel better....


1) Declare war on the "Axis of Food Evil" ....the 3 worst things in our food chain:

*high fructose corn syrup, which is in almost all sweetened products on the market

Cokes, Pepsi ect...."fruit juice" products, most processed sweets, most sauces ...even ketchup

*artificial trans fats from margarines, shortening, and hydrogenated oils that are in most processed foods

*artificial meals in general.....why see the 2 points above + too much salt, too little fiber

so you still feel hungry and eat more

Again, if you avoid processed foods, it becomes easy to avoid these 3 worst offenders in our food supply.

2) Don't be afraid to eat healthy fat! Many people try to go way too low on their fat intake and this can negatively affect hormone levels in your body as well as causing more cravings. Try to eat enough healthy fats daily.

Good sources are olive oil, all nuts and seeds, nut butters, avocados, , organic meats and eggs, coconuts and virgin coconut oil (did I say olive oil?...OK i live in Mediterranean Spain but I menait).



3) Get enough quality protein in the daily diet (fresh fish, chicken, beef, turkey, cottage cheese, milk, eggs - not only does it have a higher thermic effect than carbs and fat (so you burn more calories digesting it), but it also creates satiety so your hunger is satisfied longer. Plus it's a building block for maintaining and building lean muscle... And remember that the amount of lean muscle you carry is one of the main factors for controlling your metabolism.

4) Think health carbs from grains, fresh fruit, veggies with fiber! When it comes to carbs, make sure that almost all of your carbohydrate intake is from higher fiber sources like vegetables, fruits, and high fiber unrefined grains. Try to avoid white flour, refined sugars and refined grains as that is one of the main reasons so many people struggle with body fat.

I look for carbohydrate sources that have at least 2-3 grams of fiber per each 10 grams of total carbs. Remember that fiber helps fill you up and also slows down the glycemic response of the foods you eat, all beneficial for getting leanner but nmot meaner!

SUMMARY: My experience training and coaching thousands of people since 1989 is that once you get a handle on these 4 main points of your diet detailed above, the rest starts to take care of itself. This is becuase as you gain control over your appetite, blood sugar levels, hormone levels, etc. It all falls into place, and you eventually gain total control over how lean you want to get.

To get benefits from speaking the spanish language you must first pay the price to learn it and how to use this ancient tounge. Yes it is important to begin thinking in that language. To learn Spanish is no different. It is no good translating from English to Spanish all the time. The process is too slow and it is impossible to become natural and fluent that way. Learn Spanish Quickly by Moving Abroad

Move to a country that speaks Spanish. Living in a Spanish-speaking country means being surrounded by the language at all times. Some people visit a country and spend three months in that country studying Spanish. The classroom environment is still too safe; too manufactured.

Move to a country that speaks Spanish and live there, really live there for at least a year. Without the language, life in the capital can be scary and it is difficult to make friends. Without friends and a social life, learning Spanish becomes very difficult, which leads onto step number two.

Make Friends With the Natives to Improve Spanish Learning

Make friends with natives and go out; get a social life. The more listening practice done in Spanish to easier it is to learn Spanish and eventually speak Spanish well. Making native friends is the only way to learn Spanish used by real speakers on the streets. Books can teach grammar but they cannot teach language and how language is really used.
